How do I retrieve a loved one’s plan?
If you’ve been nominated as caretaker of someone’s end-of-life plan, have no fear! You will receive an email with an invitation to create a free account so you can access the plan. No need to worry about charges, unless you want to create your own celebration plan. Just log in and you’re good to go. And if you need assistance accessing the plan of a loved one who has passed, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We’re here to help.

Do I get access to my loved one’s plan immediately or only once they’ve passed?
Upon being nominated as a plan recipient, you’ll be notified via email to create a free Eternal Wishes account. Once your account is set up, you’ll gain immediate access to your loved one’s plan. As long as your loved one remains subscribed to Eternal Wishes, you’ll maintain access to their plan.
What happens to my subscription once I pass?
In the event of a missed payment, your Eternal Wishes account will stay active for an additional month. During this grace period, your designated recipients can still access your plan through their Eternal Wishes account. If a family member wants to access your plan after this timeframe, they may do so by covering the cost of the overdue subscription period. Rest assured, we are committed to helping your chosen recipients retrieve your plan after your passing.
Are there any feature differences between the monthly, yearly and lifetime subscriptions?
Every subscription plan offers identical features, providing step-by-step guidance to help you outline your plans using text, links, and images, as well as the option to select recipients who can access your plan. The sole distinction between the subscriptions lies in the billing method – you can opt for monthly, yearly, or a one-time payment.
